Investigating
We are aware of an issue impacting our Real-Time Satellite data source, resulting in intermittent service and reduced data flow. Our technical teams are actively working on a fix. Users may experience delayed or missing updates from the Satellite data source in the interim. Terrestrial and Roaming data sources are unaffected and operating normally.

This incident affected: Kpler AIS (Latest API, Kafka, NMEA, SFTP) and MarineTraffic (MarineTraffic API, Vessel Positions).
