Scheduled - As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Kpler Engineering Team has rescheduled a maintenance cycle for the Real Time Satellite platform from Wednesday, 22 July to Tuesday, 28 July 2026.

Maintenance Details: Real Time Satellite Platform

Start: Tuesday, 28 July, 2026 22:00 UTC
End: Wednesday, 29 July, 2026 04:00 UTC

Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Six (6) hours.

While the maintenance process is underway, the Real Time Satellite data feed should remain online and responsive throughout as the maintenance process should be transparent to all users. However, the possibility does exist that users may experience interruptions in service of the Real Time Satellite data feed. Terrestrial and Roaming data are unaffected by this process.

All account types will remain accessible and operational during this maintenance process.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and to minimize impact to Maritime Data Platform Services.

Intermittent periods of duration loss of Real Time (RT) Satellite data will occur during the entire maintenance period. Standard Satellite data, Terrestrial data, and Roaming data are unaffected by this process.

All account types will remain accessible and operational during this maintenance process.
